Representing over 85,000 real estate buyers against various builders.

PSP Legal is the only law firm to represent real estate buyers before various adjudication forums and courts including the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and Criminal Courts for registration of FIRs and related remedies.

Builder denied injunction, buyers granted unrestricted access.

In one case, the chairman of a real estate company approached a Delhi court seeking injunction against home buyers coming to his house or office following delay in possession of flats. Instead of granting an injunction to the builder, the court presided by Senior Civil Judge Sunil Beniwal directed him to grant complete and unrestricted access to buyers, over 1,400 in number, and their counsel Piyush Singh from PSP Legal.

FIR registered in Maria Sharapova endorsed housing project matter.

PSP Legal represented a home buyer who was cheated by a real estate developer by inducing buyers on the pretext that an international tennis celebrity had endorsed the project. PSP Legal approached the criminal court through 156(3) CrPC and got an FIR registered against the builder and Maria Sharapova. The order was first of its kind, as never before had an FIR been registered against a celebrity for endorsing a project.

NGT petition regulating the use of firecrackers in India.

PSP Legal is proud to contribute through its pro-bono litigation for protection of environment in the country. It was on the petition filed by PSP Legal before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) that the use of firecrackers was regulated in India.

NGT directions for paperless Delhi University elections.

PSP Legal is proud to contribute through its pro-bono litigation for protection of environment in the country. It was on the petition filed by PSP Legal before NGT that the wastage of paper was banned for Delhi University Elections and directions were given to DUSU and Delhi University to conduct paperless elections through electronic campaigning and canvassing.

Delhi High Court compensation order against AIIMS.

It was on the petition filed by PSP Legal on behalf of a student who was disallowed to appear for the AIIMS examination because the QR Code in his Aadhaar Card could not be scanned at the examination centre in Karnataka. The Delhi High Court directed AIIMS to compensate the student by INR 50,000 as cost and also framed guidelines.

Criminal case against Snapdeal for client Rajdhani Cotton.

PSP Legal filed a criminal case against leading e-commerce giant Snapdeal to recover the due amount for its client Rajdhani Cotton. The matter was eventually settled out of court and was widely covered by new media.

Refund with interest for home buyers against Unitech.

PSP Legal won a legal battle for several home buyers against Unitech for refund of their money with interest.
