Any engagement with PSP Legal is subject to conflict checks, acceptance of the mandate, completion of required documentation, and mutually agreed scope, timelines, and professional fees.

Initial communication, including consultation requests submitted through this website, does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. PSP Legal will confirm any professional engagement in writing.

Clients are expected to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for effective legal advice and representation. All professional services are governed by applicable law, professional standards, and Bar Council of India rules.
