Aditya Parolia

Attorney/Founder

Aditya is Master of Laws in Commercial and Financial Services Law from National University of Singapore (NUS). His academic qualifications also include Post-Graduation Diplomas in International Laws from institutes like Indian Society of International Law and special seminar courses from international academies like Hague Academy of International Law. He is a member of bar associations like YIAG, YICCA, DHCBA and SCBA. As a business lawyer, Aditya is known for his pragmatic ability to get the deal done. Aditya also leads team for transaction advisory and bid advisory for projects to be executed in Public Private Partnership modes. His advice is frequently sought by Aviation Industry on domestic and international compliances. Post FDI liberalization, Aditya has been guiding various multi-nationals on their investments and entry in Indian markets. Aditya is on the panel of various government organizations including Union of India, Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited, National Co-orperative Union of India and Rasthriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd et.al. Prior to setting up PSP Legal, Aditya has gained experience under top law offices of the country which includes Judge of Supreme Court of India, Chambers of Solicitor General of India, Chambers of Additional Solicitor General of India and top law firms of the country. Aditya has also worked with International Law Firms, Drew and Napier LLC and Tan Kok Quan Partnership, in Singapore during his Masters.

Piyush Singh

Attorney/Founder

Piyush started his law practice with a London based law firm's Indian office i.e. Clifford Chance Business Services. Thereafter he has worked with Sibal & Co., a renowned law firm for few years. Presently, Piyush and PSP Legal are representing over 85,000 home buyers against around 32 builders/developers at National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. Mr. Singh and his team are known for their expertise/strategy in criminal law and have recently got over 70 F.I.R.'s registered through Court u/s 156 (3) CRPC. The F.I.R. against a leading builder of Gurgaon and International Tennis celebrity (Maria Sharapova) was lodged after 156 (3) application of Mr. Singh. Piyush specializes in dispute resolution and litigation. The diverse areas of his legal practice include commercial litigation, debt recovery matters, criminal litigation, matrimonial cases and real estate matters. He has been regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India, State High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal and other judicial and administrative authorities. He also has great expertise in dealing with environmental issues before National Green Tribunal, High Courts & Supreme Court. The famous Chinese firecracker ban case was filed by him before the NGT. Also, Piyush was instrumental in the case of paperless election campaign for students union election for Delhi University before NGT. Piyush also makes regular academic contributions through his lectures in law schools and publication of articles. He was awarded a complete scholarship by Hague Academy of International Law for the course on Private International Law in 2011 and by Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany in 2012.

Akshay Srivastava

Associate Partner

Akshay Srivastava graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and is qualified to practice in India. He is part of the disputes resolution team at the Delhi office of the firm. Mr Srivastava represents the firm in civil, commercial, and regulatory litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various fora in Delhi NCR region. Akshay has expertise in handling and defending clients for economic offences and white collar crimes. He has been involved in leading contentious litigation in and outside India.

Nithin Chandran

Managing Associate

A law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Advocate Nithin Chandran is an experienced litigation lawyer practicing in the Hon'ble Supreme Court and other higher courts of India. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Nithin has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has acquired excellent professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services in various fields of law. Nithin Chandran provides legal services in a variety of legal areas including Property related Matters, Information Technology related issues, and Drafting and vetting of various agreements and connected matters, Writ Jurisdiction, Service matters, Civil matters, Corporate matters, and other miscellaneous matters. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in Real Estate Law and has appeared in a variety of property matters in various courts in and around Delhi. He is also very competent in handling property and other real estate related disputes in original as well as appellate side. He has a significant amount of professional experience in providing all kinds of legal consultancy and advisory services. He was instrumental in the case of paperless election campaign for students union election for Delhi University before NGT. Advocate Nithin Chandran's professional experience has led him to gain proficiency, not only in arguing before the Hon'ble Courts, but also in consulting clients and in the art of drafting and pleading.

Principal Associate

Having an experience of 4 years, Sumbul Ismail has developed a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has acquired experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services. She has assisted a leading Indian medical equipment supplier in ICC Arbitration involving International Laws. She is also consulting various Oganisations/Hospitals in matters related to Medical Negligence.

Suryansh Vashisth

Senior Associate

Practice Focus: Civil & Commercial Disputes, White Collar Crime, Supreme Court, High Court, and Tribunal Practice. Suryansh Vashisth has over four years of experience practicing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and other courts and tribunals in and around Delhi. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. Over the years, Suryansh has successfully handled a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, as well as white-collar crime matters. He has consistently demonstrated strong courtroom acumen, clear legal strategy, and a practical approach to complex legal issues. His commitment to protecting his clients' interests, coupled with his effective advocacy and thorough preparation, has enabled him to secure favourable outcomes across a diverse range of matters.

Mohammed is a litigation lawyer practising before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across the Delhi NCR region. He is a part of the Dispute Resolution team in the Delhi office and advises and represents clients in a wide range of matters involving criminal, civil, consumer, real estate, and commercial laws. His areas of practice include cheque dishonour matters, property and builder-buyer disputes, consumer litigation, writ petitions, and regulatory proceedings before various authorities and tribunals. With extensive experience in litigation, Mohammed has successfully handled matters independently, adopting a result-oriented, professional, and ethical approach. He has developed significant expertise in legal advisory, consultancy, and dispute resolution across diverse areas of law, delivering practical and effective solutions tailored to clients' needs.
